The ReachLink mobile app is required for therapy sessions on all mobile devices. This guide will walk you through downloading the app, logging in, and setting up your device for the best possible experience.

Download the App

The ReachLink app is available on:

📱 Apple Devices (iPhone/iPad)

  • Open the Apple App Store
  • Search for “ReachLink”
  • Download the official ReachLink app

🤖 Android Devices

  • Open the Google Play Store
  • Search for “ReachLink”
  • Download the official ReachLink app

Recommended Setup

For the best performance:
  • Use the most up-to-date version of iOS or Android
  • Keep your ReachLink app updated
  • Ensure your device has sufficient storage and battery
  • Use a strong, stable WiFi or internet connection

Logging In

If You Already Have a ReachLink Account

You do not need to create a new account.
Simply:
  1. Open the ReachLink app
  1. Tap Log In
  1. Enter the phone number associated with your account
  1. Enter the verification code sent to your phone
Your account will automatically sync with the app, including:
  • Appointments
  • Assessments
  • Provider information
  • Messages and settings

If You Are New to ReachLink

  1. Enter your phone number
  1. Enter the verification code sent via SMS
  1. Complete any remaining onboarding steps (demographics, intake, etc.)

Having Trouble Receiving the Code?

  • Wait a few minutes before requesting a second code
  • If SMS is delayed, choose “Send code via email”
  • Ensure your phone has service and is not blocking short code messages
  • If you still cannot log in and you have a session soon, call live support (urgent issue)

Using the App

Appointments

In the app, you can:
  • View all upcoming appointments
  • Book new sessions
  • Reschedule or cancel appointments
  • Receive automated reminders and confirmations

Video Sessions

All sessions on mobile devices must be joined through the app.
  • Mobile browsers cannot support video sessions
  • You will be automatically redirected to the ReachLink app
  • The app uses integrated video technology (Zoom SDK—no Zoom app needed)

Assessments & Forms

You can complete:
  • PHQ-9
  • GAD-7
  • Provider reviews
  • Other onboarding or follow-up assessments

Account & Settings

Inside the app, you can:
  • Update your profile or communication preferences
  • Manage notifications
  • Access support
  • Review treatment information

Syncing with the Web Platform

Your ReachLink experience remains consistent across device types:
  • Anything completed on the web appears automatically in the app
  • Appointments booked in the app sync instantly to the web
  • Assessments can be completed on either platform
  • Providers see the same information regardless of how you access ReachLink

Best Practices for a Smooth Experience

For reliable sessions and app performance:
  • Keep your app updated
  • Use the latest operating system version
  • Close other apps during your session
  • Ensure your device is charged
  • Use a private, comfortable, and secure location for therapy
  • Join a few minutes early to test audio and video
