Types of Coverage

Commercial Insurance

  • Session length: 60 minutes
  • Cost: Your plan’s copay or coinsurance
  • Providers: Only verified in-network providers displayed
  • Cancellation fee: $30 if canceled within 24 hours

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Benefits

  • Session length: 45 minutes
  • Cost: $0 (no copay)
  • Sessions: Limited number authorized
  • Expiration: Benefits may have end dates
  • Cancellation: No fees, but repeated no-shows may affect eligibility
