ReachLink offers several payment options—commercial insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits, and self-pay. Understanding how verification, costs, and transitions work ensures you get the most out of your coverage.
Verification Process
- Enter your insurance or EAP information during registration.
- The Care Coordination team verifies your benefits, usually within one hour.
- Appointments cannot be confirmed until verification is complete.
- Once verified, you’ll see only in-network providers for your plan.
What Verification Confirms
- Eligibility for mental health services
- Your copay or cost-share amount
- Session limits or authorizations
- In-network provider availability
If verification is delayed or cannot confirm eligibility, you may:
- Wait for verification (typically within an hour)
- Switch temporarily to self-pay (rates available upon request)
- Apply insurance retroactively once verification completes
