Commercial insurance allows clients to receive longer-term, ongoing therapy with predictable costs and access to a broader network of in-network clinicians within ReachLink.

What Commercial Insurance Covers

With commercial insurance, clients typically receive:
  • 60-minute therapy sessions
  • Ongoing care without annual limits (subject to your plan)
  • Access to a larger provider network
  • The ability to continue care long-term
Once your insurance is verified, your copay or coinsurance will be displayed before you confirm your appointment.

Costs With Commercial Insurance

Your out-of-pocket costs depend on your specific plan:
  • Your plan’s copay or coinsurance applies to each session
  • Some plans have deductibles that must be met first
  • $30 late cancellation fee applies if an appointment is canceled within 24 hours

Using Commercial Insurance at ReachLink

After verification:
  • You’ll see only in-network providers
  • Your copay is shown clearly before confirming an appointment
  • Insurance benefits apply automatically to all eligible sessions

Transitioning From EAP to Commercial Insurance

If you have both EAP and commercial insurance:
  • ReachLink verifies commercial benefits before EAP sessions end
  • You may switch at anytime if you need a referral for long-term care
  • After your EAP sessions are completed, your account transitions automatically to commercial coverage
Many clients choose to switch early for:
  • Longer (60-minute) sessions
  • A larger pool of available providers
  • The ability to start using annual insurance benefits

When Your Insurance Isn’t Eligible

If your plan cannot be accepted:
  • You may choose self-pay (pricing available upon request)
  • You may wait for verification updates
  • You can provide new insurance at any time
