How to Open Account Settings

  1. Open the ReachLink app.
  1. Tap the menu button (☰) in the top-left corner.
  1. Scroll to Settings and select Account Settings.

Personal Contact

Update your basic contact information.
  1. Tap Personal Contact.
  1. Edit fields such as:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Preferred Name
      • Email
      • Phone Number
  1. Tap Save if required.

Tip: Make sure your email and phone number are correct — this is how we send important appointment and care updates.

Emergency Contact

Choose someone we should contact in case of an emergency.
  1. Tap Emergency Contact.
  1. Fill in details for your chosen person:
      • First & Last Name
      • Relationship
      • Phone
      • Email
      • Optional note
  1. Save your changes.

Demographics

Your demographic information helps personalize your care.
  1. Tap Demographics.
  1. Update:
      • Date of Birth
      • Gender
      • Pronouns
      • Ethnicity
      • Preferred Language
  1. Save if needed.

Address

Update your home or mailing address.
  1. Tap Address.
  1. Enter:
      • Address Line 1
      • Address Line 2 (optional)
      • City
      • State
      • ZIP Code
      • Country
  1. Save your changes.

Communication Preferences

Choose how ReachLink contacts you.
  1. Tap Communication Preferences.
  1. Select how you’d like to receive updates:
      • Email
      • SMS
      • Notifications
  1. Save your choices.

Tip: Enable notifications to avoid missing important appointment reminders or messages from your care team.

Billing and Coverage

View your insurance and saved payment methods.
  1. Tap Billing and Coverage.
  1. Here you can see:
      • Insurance carrier
      • Member ID
      • Copay
      • Expiration date
      • Front/back of your insurance card (scan options)
  1. Scroll down to manage payment methods:
      • View saved cards
      • Add new card
      • Set default payment

    Delete Account

    If you need to delete your ReachLink account:
    1. Scroll to the bottom of Account Settings.
    1. Tap Delete Account.

        • What happens when you delete your account
        • What data is removed
        • How to continue with the deletion process
        • Who to contact if you need help
