Opening the Dashboard

  1. Log in to your ReachLink account.
  1. After logging in, you’ll land on the Dashboard automatically.
  1. If you are on another page and want to go back:
      • Tap the Home / Dashboard icon in the bottom navigation bar, or
      • Open the side menu and select Dashboard.

Connect With a Professional

This card helps you quickly reach a licensed provider whenever you need care or support.
What you can do:
  • Tap Book now
  • Choose your provider
  • Schedule your session immediately
This makes sure you always have access to support when you need it.

Your Care Score

This is a gentle indicator of how consistently you’re caring for your emotional well-being.
It is not a grade.
It’s simply a reflection of the healthy habits you’ve been practicing.
Your Care Score increases when you:
  • Check in with your mood
  • Journal
  • Attend sessions
  • Complete small assignments
  • Chat with Carebot
Tapping View my progress gives you:
  • Encouragement
  • A breakdown of what contributed to your score
  • A list of gentle next steps you can take

Carebot is your supportive, always-available guide.
It’s especially helpful when you’re not sure what you’re feeling or how to start.
You can pick prompts like:

  • “Why do I feel disconnected lately?”
Carebot gives short, supportive guidance and helps you explore what you’re feeling.

Assignments give you small, meaningful activities to support healing between sessions.
