The Journal is a personal reflection space inside your Reachlink app designed to help you track your thoughts, moods, and progress over time.
It lets you record daily reflections, discover personalized goals, and uncover insights about your journaling identity based on your writing patterns.
Where to Find the Journal
You can access your Journal anytime through the main side menu:
Menu → Tools → Journal
Once inside, you’ll see three main tabs:
- My Journal – your personal reflections and goals
- Entries – all your past journal entries
- Echoes – insights or reflections generated from your past activity
Starting a New Entry, Discover Daily Goals and Unlock Your Vibe
Answer the reflection prompts (e.g., “How are you feeling today?”)
After you complete your reflection, the Journal will suggest personalized daily goals that support your mental wellness.
As you continue journaling, you’ll start to unlock your journaling identity, which gives you insights into your unique writing style and emotional patterns.
Tracking Your Progress
The top section of your Journal shows a calendar view, where each date highlights whether you’ve written an entry.
- 🟢 Filled circles indicate active journaling days.
- ⚪ Empty ones mean no entries yet.
This helps you visualize consistency and progress over time.
Your Journaling Identity
This section highlights your unique journaling style, based on your reflections and patterns.
For example:

Your journaling identity helps you understand your emotional expression style — giving you insight into how you process experiences and connect through writing.
Goals
You’ll see your daily and future goals listed here. Each goal is meant to encourage small, meaningful actions that support your well-being.
Goals help you turn reflection into action — they encourage small daily habits that strengthen emotional balance and personal growth.
You can check off goals once they’re completed or create new ones anytime.
