ReachLink allows more than one person to join the same therapy session—even if each participant is in a different location or using a different device. This can be helpful for couples, families, or anyone participating in a shared session who is not physically together.
Because sessions can only be launched from the account holder’s profile, each additional participant will need to log in using the account holder’s verification code. Below are the steps to join.

How to Join the Same Session From Different Locations

  1. Log in at ReachLink.com using the account holder’s phone number, or log in through the ReachLink mobile app.
      • Important: Log in one person at a time to ensure the correct verification code is received and entered.
  1. The account holder should copy and paste the verification code and share it with the additional participant(s).
  1. Each participant should enter the provided code to log in under the account holder’s profile.
  1. Once logged in, click “Start Session” to join.
All participants who complete the steps above will enter the same live video session with the provider.
