ReachLink is designed to work seamlessly across a wide range of devices so you can access your care wherever you are. Below is an overview of which devices are supported and how session access works on each one.
Supported Devices
ReachLink can be used on the following device types:
Mobile Devices
- iPhones
- Android phones
- iPads and Android tablets
Computers
- Laptops (Mac, Windows, Chromebook)
- Desktop computers (Mac or Windows)
All major features—including scheduling, assessments, messaging, and viewing care information—are available on every device type.
How to Join Sessions on Each Device
While most features work the same across devices, video therapy sessions have different access requirements depending on what you’re using.
If you’re using a mobile device (phone or tablet)
✅ Sessions must be joined through the ReachLink mobile app.
❌ Sessions cannot be joined through a mobile browser.
You will be automatically redirected to the app when it’s time to start your session.
Why: Mobile browsers do not fully support our embedded Zoom experience, so the app is required for video stability and security.
If you’re using a laptop or desktop computer
✅ Sessions must be joined through a web browser.
❌ Sessions cannot be joined through the mobile app on computers.
We recommend:
- Google Chrome (preferred)
- Safari (Mac)
- Microsoft Edge (Windows)
Why: Browsers on computers provide the best environment for our web-based video technology.

To ensure the best experience on any device:
- Use a newer device when possible
- Keep your device’s operating system up to date
- Use the latest version of:
- Google Chrome (recommended for web)
- The ReachLink mobile app
- Ensure your device has a strong and stable internet connection
- Restart your device periodically to maintain performance
