  1. Log into your ReachLink account
  1. Click My Account in the sidebar
  1. Select BillingBilling History
Here, you’ll see a full record of your account transactions.

  • Amount Charged: Total amount for the transaction
  • Reason for Charge: Examples include session fees, copays, cancellation fees, or no-shows
  • Refunds: Any refunded amounts are clearly marked
