Where to Find Billing History
- Log into your ReachLink account
- Click My Account in the sidebar
- Select Billing → Billing History
Here, you’ll see a full record of your account transactions.
What You’ll See in Your Billing History
Each entry includes:
- Date: When the payment was processed
- Amount Charged: Total amount for the transaction
- Reason for Charge: Examples include session fees, copays, cancellation fees, or no-shows
- Refunds: Any refunded amounts are clearly marked
This self-service access ensures you can track your billing activity anytime, without needing to contact support.
