Attendance letters are documents that confirm you attended a therapy session at ReachLink. These letters are automatically generated after each completed session and can be downloaded at any time through your ReachLink client portal. They serve as proof of attendance and are commonly used for work, school, legal, or personal documentation needs.
When Attendance Letters Are Used
Clients may need proof of:
- Therapy participation
- Completion of a scheduled session
- General attendance for work, school, or other programs
Some employers—especially those using EAP (Employee Assistance Program) benefits—may request confirmation of participation. While clients sometimes ask for customized forms or detailed attendance verification, ReachLink cannot complete EAP forms or provide EAP-specific records beyond what is available in the portal. In these cases, your attendance letters serve as your official documentation.
How to Access Attendance Letters (Self-Service)
You can download your attendance letters directly at any time by following these quick steps:
- Log in to your ReachLink account
